The real heroes
There is s statue of some six soldier figures at the entrance to the station. All the figures behind the first statue had a hand on the figure in front. It was interesting that as I stood there, quietly observing them, people were rushing past to catch their train or continue their journey - without the heroics of these war heroes that would not have been possible.
